Terrible service ever in Bradlows

<p>I am very disappointed with the bradlows Randburg service ever.we bought some lounge suite almost two months ago and they gave us damaged lounge suite.we called them the same day because we were not at home when they delivered them.they promised us the they will exchange them and till today we still stuck with damaged lounge suite.the manager at Bradlowd Randburg does not have honesty and integrity at all.he is a lier and he keep creating stories everyday and its almost 2 months now.he say .its raining and their truck is not closed they will bring tomorrow .tomorrow he says the driver did not come to work .the following day he says the truck was hijacked while coming to deliver. The following day he says he police refuse to release our sofas at the police station and he has put a new order .the following day he says he had gone to the doctor .the following day he says all trucks are full. Its like everyday he creates a story that he will tell us.maybe until we give up.this it is very *****ed and with all the pathetic excuses that we have been getting from him. I have been a customer for Bradlows Randburg for over 7 years and that is how we are being treated.we want Bradlows to come and take their damaged lounge suite and give us the one that we are busy paying for .I will never ever do business with Bradlows in Randburg ever.</p>
