Terrible service by Bradlows in Andies street PTA

I am really heart broken, to see my mom an elderly woman so hurt with no help from on one. Bradlows Andries street in Pretoria, can just close shop. I went there myself trying to help my mother. But I was just treated with so much disrespect by the manager her self, with no interest to assist and getting the matter resolved. I also made two phone calls with their head office, guess what nothing happened. We are so disgruntled that my mother had to take her last pension money to buy furniture from Bradlows. It been 8 months now without any feedback from them, they will never call us until we call or go over but all our efforts go to waste. One sales person in the shop told us that was the treatment they give to all people. They don't care, as long as money is in their business. Imagine to ****** an elderly woman of her cash back money and a broken dinning table and pretend as if nothing is happening. This is an enquiry on their tables or system but I guess they just push away and don't care. They are so heartless. I just don't know what else I can do to help my mom. She curse the day she went in that shop.
