Terrible service at Bradlows Bluff Towers. Save your money, save yourself the headache,spend your money somewhere else

I bought a recliner lounge suite cash in February, at bradlows Bluff Towers. They delivered the couches but the 3 seater just didn't look right. It took forever for them to assemble it and when they did it looked like they had been mismatched. Within 3 months the recliner handles broke on the one couch. I lodged a complaint four months ago and I still haven't received an update (the manager said she would call but never has). I have attempted to call them but they constantly give me the run around or just ignore my calls. The worst customer service!! Questionable quality.
