Terrible service

Bradlows My pensioner mother had complained about a bed she purchased from you guys, exchange was approved, the bed was picked up last week Wednesday, to this day, they have not sent the replacement bed, its almost a week my mother has no bed, I have received no help, only excuses and told to tell my mother to hang in there....my thing is, why pick up the bed and not send the replacement??? Today systems are down, so once again no help, another night on the floor, any advice from as to how to sort this out? I am trying everyday but no assistance whatsoever! Buying from Bradlows was the worst experience ever! ***
