Terrible service

Hello, I bought two power station at Bradlows it's been two months waiting for the second delivery even the first one didn't last a week I had to return it last month until this day I don't have a power station. Worse part is between the store and head office no one sees the need to explain or at least communicate. I'm struggling I bought those power station because I needed them. At first body explain about delivery expenses it's something you find out about when paying saying ooh we don't have stock in the store so we must order it from warehouse. I didn't understand why should I be charged for that because I can collect it at the store when it arrives from warehouse.
