Terrible service

<p>Well around the 17th of April I bought a bedroom suit at morkel store on van brandies street in jhb cbd, it was R16000 and I paid cash for it. So the delivered after 3 days however was told they dont assemble il need to call the store so they can send ppl to assemble the brs. The delivery guys didnt even bother to open the brs, so we opened to check if it was the correct product but we realised that it had alooot of factory faults on it.so the following day we called and spoke to jabu the sales lady who gave the phone to some guy,when I told the guy that the BRS had factory faults and I want it to be exchanged he said no I must relax the ppl who are gonna assemble it are the ones who wil report the faults. A week passed with no communication grom the store, when we called they acted surprised and about 3 weeks later they tried shifting the blame to us stating y dd we accept the delivery without them opening it. Theo whos the person wev been communicating with always makes empty promises including the store manager Patricia who promised to call today but didnt. </p> <p> </p> <p>I am really tired of these *********** people with their horrible service. All I am asking for is to get my money back in cash and il go buy the bedroom suit from somewhere else where they know how to treat a customer.</p>
