Terrible Service

We opened an account with them and headboard,bed, sofa and deep freezer were delivered on the 19 May, apon opening the things we discovered that the heardboard was broken on the one side and we took pictures to send to the lady who assist us ( Lerato Sibanda) with no responds. A week later she came and told us she was off work because her child was sick, then she will escalate the matter. Then nothing happend. On the 13 June she called and said she was in hospital and will check if our request was logged , however we are expected to pay our 1st installment for something that is broken. We are not happy as customers their service is really bad. Mlambo
