Terrible quality, refund still not received

I purchased a lounge sweet in April this year. The set started falling apart. After the second repair, the set was returned looking worse then when it went in. After many more discussions and yet another complaint Bradlows agreed to collect the set and refund me. It is now the second month since collection and I still have not received my refund. Each time I call or visit the store they ask me to wait another week. The only reason I bought from them is because I thought they provided quality goods which is clearly not the case. Once I started telling people about my situation, I realized how bad they are. Most people have bad experiences especially with the quality of their items.
