Terrible experience and Bradlows Promenade branch

October 2024, I bought a lounge suite for more than R30 000 in cash at the Promenade Mall branch of Bradlows. When the couches arrived, they had stains, were worn out and looked like they were old couches. Upon calling the shop, I was told that they had delivered old couches that had been in the showroom. I went to the shop multiple times with no assistance. After a while, I managed to speak to the manager and filed a complaint for them to deliver brand new couches. It's almost a year, and I still haven't received assistance on this matter. I do not recommend buying anything at Bradlows Promenade, the staff, especially the Manager, Mel will give you a run around and not help you at all.
