terrible experience!

i bought a Fridge at Bradlaws Alberton it took about a week to get delivered they said they needed authority from the head office, the driver was late (about 3 hours late) and the fridge could not fit on the stairs so i had to send them back with it. i went to the store the next day and had it changed to one that will fit. i called the store Monday they told me nothing could be delivered as they were doing stock take. today is Wednesday and i am still waiting for delivery! why should i be affected because they are doing stock take? so does this mean they only have two employees working at the store and when stock take is being done the store should close?? what *******!!!
