Terrible dealing with Bradlows

I bought furniture from Bradlows and was promised that this will be delivered today. I had got up early to rearrange the my old furniture to make arrangements for the new furniture and it is after 1pm and still awaiting the delivery of the new furniture. Worst off is the sales person nor the call Centre can assist me with confirming if the delivery is on track for today. Such terrible service. At least a phone call will be appreciated that it will not be delivered today. Order number ***
