Terrible customer service from bradlows group

If anyone is thinking of opening an account with Bradlows think again as they customer service is **********. I have an account with the Phoenix branch and I'm having an issue for the past 4 months and no body wants to resolve it. I have been in contact with head office customer care numerous times with no results. The store manager at Phoenix l(Lance), has absolute no customer care and does not know how to treat customers. This is the most ********** experience I have ever been through, up until now I have not been contacted by anyone to have the issue resolved as long as they receive their payments all is good it does not matter about the customers once they have made they sales.
