Terrible Customer Service from Bradlows

I bought a 18kg top loader Hisense washing machine cash for R7 500 from Bradlows in Voortrekker Road Alberton in October last year. The machine is now giving us hassles. We reported the problem with Bradlows customers care on Monday 8 November and they promise to send a technician within 24 working hours, but till today Friday, no one has come back to us to tell us what is going to happen. This is so terrible no one from both Bradlows of Hisense has bother tell us what to do. When we phone to follow up they just tell us to wait, if we can’t wait we can just go and complain to the ombudsman. This is so rude of them, their customer service is so terrible. Shame on you Bradlows! They sell a fancy furniture but their customer service is so terrible. I want the whole world knows about your bad service.
