Terrible customer service!

I bought a pocket router bradlows online july 2023 and it was not working, had factory fault. I was sent from pillar to post with no one helping me, they promised me exchange but stopped answering my calls and when I went to check the status of my query at the nearest store it said resolved and they opened another one but still. Today is 8th January 2024 still waiting with no response.
