Terrible Customer Service - Bradlows Verulam

I am very disheartened by the service i am currently receiving from Bradlows ( Verulam). I purchased a French Door Hisense Fridge on the 22 January 2019, upon installation of the fridge on the 25 January 2019, the fridge door was scratched and dented by a rep from Bradlows. I submitted multiple complaints to the Branch Manager and Customer services but till date i have not gotten any positive outcome to this issue.
