Terrible customer relations skills posing a question on ethics.

The worst experience, their lack of respect for customers to the lies they will tell you just to push time. I have purchased a table from this store 3 months ago, the table was worth R 4000, upon purchase I was told the price had changed to 4 500 o ly to find out its still the same (4 000). I have since laid a complaint with the store and have been requested to prove my allegations. Thankfully I had captured the table in store before purchase. Having submitted all that was required for my refund, to date I'm still being taken from pillar to post with false promises from the 10 day refund process. So the refund is on some 90 day rule, as I was called by the store manager recently alleging that the money will be cleared by Friday. Well till today nothing. Ethical standards are questionable as even the quality of the table is not pleasant at all. What was once known as quality products from bradlows will live one despondent, not to mention their price hikes.
