Terrible communication and Customer service

I bought a bed at bradlows Southgate mind you it was paid for in cash I bought the bed on 25/11/2025 was promised delivery on the 29/11/2025 to date no delivery was made instead I was provided with a contact number to do a follow up myself ,now that I ask for a number to speak to a manager same number being provided that was previously to follow up with the delivery team I am disgusted by the service provided by bradlows Southgate
