Terrible Bradlows Service

I had kitchen cabinets installed by Bradlows King William's town last year (2018) and there were a couple of defects i.e scratches and uneven kitchen tops etc. I reported these and even sent photos to the Store Manager who promised to have the matter attended to. Their contractor contacted us once but to this day they have not gone back to correct the defects. I followed up again this year with the new Store Manager who also never came back to me even after I had followed up with her. I then decided to escalate to their Head Office and even they have not given me a date on which this will be corrected. I paid Bradlows over R46000 and this is not the kind of service I was expecting. I am really disappointed and don't know where else to go seeing that even their national office has not been able to instruct their own contractor to attend to this matter.
