Tearing couches from Bradlows

Good day. In 2017 my husband bought leather look couches for 18900 on credit. The couches started to tear in less than 5 months, we took them for repairs but the tearing keeps happening with all of them. If we repair one, the other will repair and so on. The manager said they will replace, but my concern is the new ones will also repair too and now we have paid them in full so there will be no warantee/ guarantee.
