Taking forever to payback my deposit

I went to Bradlows Suncardia two weeks back and spoke to Portia about buyin a TV stand on lay bye .<br> I paid R500 and was never given a receipt and they promised to call to come collect my receipt they never did/<br> They number they gave mi *** does not go through<br> They told I'm delivery was R799 I inquired with their Sammy marks branch they told mi delivery was R350.<br> Went back to cancel my lay bye how can two shops less than 5 km apart have more than 100 % difference in delivery price.<br> So from last week Wednesday in goin up and down trying to get my deposit they do have my phone number they have never called me<br> They do have my Acc number no monies deposited<br> I want my refund and want it soon<br> Thank for wasting my time
