Such a bad service at Bradlows

I bought sofas at Bradlows last year August last month they started having problems tearing & tracking went to the store to complain they first didn't want to log in the complain for me until they saw in was so angry and they did sofas went for repairs but I told them i don't them anymore they bought back same sofas and manager is now telling me about clause which didn't tell me about while I was buying iam so angry even the head office is not helping but they still debiting my money iam paying for something that is not my house iam so angry
