STUPID SHOP

I purchased a Defy fridge at Bradlows on jeppe street mid August this year, it was delivered at night just after 9pm. Obviously I couldn't unpack the fridge at night, I did so the next morning. and found out that the water dispenser was not working. I immediately went to the shop and reported the incident and was told someone will come and have a look at it. a week later I went back to the shop cause no one had come to have a look at the fridge. They told me some sob story that the guy that assisted me had resigned . I kept on waiting and eventually they sent a woman to come and have a look at the fridge and she saw the damn fridge was faulty and she said they will lodge another complaint with Defy. I have paid 2 installments on the stupid faulty fridge. Early in October, i again called Bradlows and told them that I was still waiting for the Defy person and I was told they will call them and get back to me, that never happened. Today I went to the shop again and the manager gave me the water dispenser of the same fridge that was on display, when I got home it did the same thing again and i went back to the shop to report the incident. I'm tired of paying for a faulty fridge. HELP
