Stuck with a ****ty tv after falce adverti*****t

Bought a 43inch LG TV from bradlows in May that was advertised as a Smart tv. Uppon setting up my tv I saw that it was not a Smart tv. Went back to the store to say it was not what i wanted as i want a smart tv. Was willing to pay more on a different tv so that I can have a Smart tv. On wich they were out of stock agian. on wich i said i will take what they have on any Smart tv. So we did another application on wich I was told I can have the other tv If I pay a R1100 deposit. of wich I am not willing to do as Bradlows is at fault. M y 1st payment went off on a TV that I dont want and I dont use. Even after the promo ended Bradlows falsed advertised the same tv agian as a Smart tv.
