STRESSED

I made an EFT Payment like I usually do even before lockdown and to date the money apparently hasn't been found. I was in contact with an agent via email who needed bank statement which I sent however all of a sudden silence yet this agent was responding daily via email. When I call I go on hold till my airtime runs out even before lockdown. What saddens me is the delay in response because I made this payment on the 30th of April. All my other EFT payments went through except this one and now it's so frustrating not knowing what's going on.
