Store Sold me a broken TV
I bought a TV in March and its stopped working a month later, I have been going to the store to query this and they keep telling me that they are waiting for feedback from supplier. I even did not pay my account as a result and I will not pay until this matter is sorted or TV repossessed.
. I went to the store for assistance and I was told they will log a call for me, which they did not. Then I was given an email address by someone who called to ask about payment. Please refer to attached communication. Then sometime in mid may there was a technician who came to check the tv and advised that the tv has a crack and therefore will not be fixed. I asked him to show me where the crack was and informed him that if there was a crack on that TV then it came with it from the store.
And another thing, I am of the belief that the store knew that the TV had a crack hence it was sold to me at about two thousand less than its original price because they said it was a display item therefore they would give it to me at a cheaper price.
Another thing I kept calling the store for assistance and they kept telling me that they will log a complaint for me which they never did, it was only after I did not pay the account that I got calls and then one of the ladies gave me an email address to send my complaint to, as per previously attached communication. One cannot help but wonder why the store never gave me any assistance,
I am hoping this matter does get sorted as it is my intention to honour my debt but as a customer I feel I am being treated unfairly and no one is willing to assist therefore as I have mentioned I am willing to have the things repossessed . I mean technically speaking the tv is still Bradlows property and Bradlows is more than welcome to come and take back what belongs to them
i cannot pay for three years for an item that just worked for 3-4 weeks and stopped working
I am now being told that i should not have taken the display product as they are not meant to be sold, how am i supposed to know what as a customer and if thats the case why was it offered to me by the store as they said they no longer have stock of it but i can take the one on display?
i am hoping this issue gets resolved and i can continue to honour my debt
