Stitches out after two weeks from a Grafton Everest couch

Bought a Grafton Everest L-shape couch. Waited months for it to be delivered. Then within weeks, one of the stitches came out. Been requesting for repairs since last year November. They sent someone to collect but they failed to take it down the stairs at the complex I live in. The collection guys called the warehouse and they suggested that they will fix it in my apartment. Late December got a call that the warehouse will be closed. Then they suggest that they will come in Jan. Oh boy they came in Jan, but to collect again. And again they failed to take it down. Now I keep on getting calls from the Bradlows call centre to check if they collected and I keep telling them the same story. Seems like communication is bad between these guys. I will die if someone calls me to do the same thing for the 3rd time. Can ya'll just come and fix your **** up. Please.
