Still waiting for the goods we bought month ago

Hi <br> <br> I am so furious , our Tv broke and my brother decided to go buy new one to suprice us and this was on the 5th of December.He bought a tv and washing machine cash at Bradlows but even today we havent receive them .Funny cause they took the money and didnt say that it would take us months to receive the goods .we would have bought the goods somewhere else .We went back about a week ago asking for a refund which we still waiting for .What kind of customer service is this .i am taking this to papers if i dont get feedback before end of today and my brothers money .<br> My cell number is *** .
