Still waiting for the delivery

I am so disappointed. I received great customer service at the store, but the delivery is taking forever to get here, I wish I had known this before I wouldn't have bothered myself... It's been a while week waiting for my furniture to arrive. I went to the store and took a few items on account but when the delivery had to come I find myself waiting. Plz assist asap
