STILL WAITING FOR GOODS TO BE DELIVERED SINCE 2014

We bought goods at Bradlows around October last year, certain parts were not delivered, we called the Mamelodi branch were the goods were initially purchased, we were told the store manager will contact us and discuss this problem, this never happened. Around December we called head office to report this issue we were told they will deal with the store and they will give us feedback by the end of the week, that too never happened. Today we called head office and spoke to a guy called Craig, he said the Area manager will call us within 5 days and give us feedback and a reference number regarding this, how much longer must a customer wait for them to receive goods they have paid for in full. This query is from 2014, we are approaching the end of the first quarter of 2015 and the issue still has not been resolved, there is an evident issue with Bradlows staff, from junior to senior management! Can we get our refund or have our goods delivered already?
