Still waiting for delivery

I went to Morkels in January to make a lay bye of TV stand (Bellucci Entertaiment Unit) so i have already paid up the full amount but it is difficult for me to get that unit. I went to their warehouse on the 06/07/2015 they have said to me the one which they have left with its a damage, what I'm asking my self is that its it possible that on the system shows that their is a stock while there is none. Since they have said they will call me as soon as they get delivery and its not going to take 5days, but still they didn't call. I am the one who is calling or going to their shop to ask them how far are they but they kept on saying tommorrow you will get the delivery. I think maybe is because the sales person who is been assisting me is no longer working thereso i must suffer. I did ask them that if they dont have the unit let they give me my money back it is also difficult for them to refund me
