STILL WAITING! !

It is currently 21:15 and I am still waiting for my tv unit to be delivered that I purchased last Friday. They phoned me on Saturday to confirm that my order would be delivered Monday the 14th. I appreciated this since I had to take a day's leave because we have dogs and my fiance doesn't work near town. I phoned the warehouse at 10:20 to find out of my delivery was on it's way and they assured me that it would be delivered. I phoned again at 12:53 and 16:30 I phoned again to find out what was going on and they said I should not worry because the delivery team works late and they will come.. At six we drove to our local Bradlows to find out if the heard anything and they also told me that the delivery team worked late and would still come.. So we cancelled all our plans for the evening to make sure we are at home just to still sit here waiting.. Not even one phone call from the delivery team to say sorry we will not be able to make it! Now I must waste another day hoping that they would show up!! Our last purchase they also messed up and made the Bradlows shop look bad, Which is not the case but they will cause that I won't buy from them again because it's ridiculous and pathetic
