still no word

On the 19/12/14 I purchased a tv stand for cash the consultant who helped me was tebogo and the stand was delivered on the 24/12/14 damaged I reported the matter to tebogo she then told me she won't contact the warehouse to inform them of the damaged stand which will be fetched and a. New stand will be delivered before the end of january I then took her number I contaced her and told her I still have the damaged stand she gave me the run around . I then called her again today she ignored my calls , I then went to the store to speak to the manager who was very rude when I told him it has been a months I not satisfied with their service I told him I nologer need their service I want my money back , he told me it is out of his hands there is nothing he can do about it he said I have to call their customer care he refused to fund my money back , I tried calling the customer care line which Is for ever on voice mail I even doubt if their nr works I then send an email still no words I'm feed-up I want my money back !!! Please help
