Still no one called about this Complaint

Since the 7th Nov 2015, I am still waiting for someone to call me from Morkels regarding my sofa that has been with them for repairs since the 15 Sept 2015. After reporting them to hellopeter I got a confirmation that someone would contact me through an email address (Ruqayya Baloka, Me) from to which when I rep**** my message bounced. Right now I foresee another situation whereby Xmas shall come and go and my sofa shall have not been repaired / returned to my house....The same disrespectful treatment I had been subjected to in 2013 when my sofa and other gadgets that were due for delivery by Nov 20, could not be delivered until hellopeter intervened. Eventually, the stuff was delivered between Dec 10 and 23rd of that year, with a delivery note typed 30 Aug 2013 for delivery. Now, Morkels' Conita is telling me that she considered the typed date only, regardless of when I signed and dated the receipt of the goods. I am so confused by the business ethical standards of this Company right now.
