Still no money till today

Hello Peter. I made a lay bye for a coffee table at bradlows furniture store in october 2018 for 6 months payment , paid a deposit in october, in january 2019 i went to the store to finish my laybye with full amount only to find out that my account its closed, and no refund was made back to my account nothing has been said to me..till today i haven't received my money . They said they can't find the money where its been allocated, and i can only take something from the shop with the discount of my deposit .
