staff bad attitude

Still waiting for bedroomset to be repkaced , was asked to go to the warehouse early jan but wen i got there they only had to sets which was damaged as well, was promised when new stock arrives they will contact me which never happened . When i told was told they forgot about my complaint and that they received 10 units but already sold 4 but will send me a new set , never happened again so i went into the store to cancell the deal the credit controlled called the warehouse and arranged with anna for me to once again go to the warehouse to see which set i wanted them to deliver , when i get there last week i get told that rolane warehouse manager says she will not open any bedroom sets for me to view , then you have the warehouse staff at the reception area standing and discussing me in a language i dnt understand so i got up and let. Morkels wants me to beg them for service as a customer im waisting my money on airtym and petrol going up and down for them to sort this complain out , just cancell this deal because i can see the kind if service ill be receiving for this company should i keep this bedroom set . They surely dnt value they jobs thats why they rude with customers.
