Sold damaged and repaired second hand lounge suite

We bought a lounge suite worth 28000 and after 2 year the two seater just fell down. We reported it to the shop that is Bradlows Polokwane Schoeman and they told us it’s out of warranty then we decided to inspect it to verify what could have made it to fall down backwards and we discovers that the two seater completely differ with the other two pieces which is the 3 and 1 seater. It shows that initially is was given to us after is was damaged and repaired because it is joint by a very weak wood at the back where it broke while the other 3&1 seater is joint and balanced by steel. This is very pathetic because they sold us something they knew was damaged second hand at 28000. They knew will not notice it’s damaged until it break now the claim it’s out of warranty.
