slow response

I am very disappointed at, Bradlows Soshanguve Thornthree, I had a problem with the L shape sofa that I bought July 2019 from December 2019 and asked for assistance since then. only in June 2020 did they come and collect the sofa for repairs, mind you, it means thus sofa should still be on warranty or guarantee but they took them for repairs and I didn't receive any other sofa for the time being. As I write this review I have gone to the shop and complaint online to their customer care several times but until today have received no communication or message from them regarding my sofa.
