Sickening customer service

To whom it may concern

On the 7th December 2020 I took my plasma TV to Gugulethu Bradlows branch for repairs. I was then told by the sales lady (Vathiswa) that because its December all repairs centers are closed, I then contacted customer services which they advised there's no such a thing ....

I left my TV at the Gugulethu branch on the 8th December 2020.

The 9th Dec 2020 she (Vathiswa) logged my repair complaint and I left the tv at the store .

The 15th December 2020 went back to the store spoke with the same lady Vathiswa , I asked her what is happening with my TV she said the tv is still at the store because bradlows repairs company they don’t collect things at guguletu Square .

Then early 1st January 2021 went back to the store to enquire, there was no information. I called customer services where I was advised the TV is with the Prominade Bradlows branch.

The 4th January 2021 went straight to the Prominade branch. Where I was advised the TV is there however there were awaiting paper work from Gugulethu branch. Same day drove to the Gugulethu branch, where store manager (Belinda ) had no information and promised to get back to me after 2 days.

It's the 9th of January 2021 still no call, so went back to the Gugulethu branch which I got the same lady Vathiswa, who seemed irritated and was shouting that she doesn't know anything she just came back from leave. Called Bradlows customer services whom then spoke to Xola (sale person) and he advised that the TV will be picked up from Prominade branch on Thursday 11th January 2021 and he will the follow up and get back to me...

Throughout this process I've been calling customer services and I sent an email to *** on the 11th January 2021 still to date there has been no response.
