Shocking service @ Bradlows online

I ordered a bed last Wednesday from Bradlows online. Received an SMS on Thursday to say the bed will be delivered on Thursday. I took the day off work but no one arrived. On Friday I phoned and they said the truck broke down. I explained that I need the bed urgently as I run an Airbnb. The bed has still not arrived. I am losing income as a result. Shocking shocking non delivery of service
