Shocking service and ******* at Bradlows Eastgate.

On Saturday, I visited the store in Eastgate. Upon arrival I could not find what I was looking for and went to the reception desks. The lady was busy (you could hear on a personal call) and completely ignored me. I waited there for a good 6 minutes while she finished her call. All she said then was 'Hello', no how can I help you. When I told her what I was looking for she called the Indian guy standing in the shop (who was doing nothing up until he was called) to assist. The item I was looking for was not in the shop but he showed me a similar item and said they could get it and have it delivered from the depot. Not knowing that I have already done my homework online, I asked what the delivery fee was to which he said R510. Online its only R295. I proceeded to tell them they are ****** who want to rip customers off. I walked out of the store very angry and disgusted with both the service and the lack of disregard for a customer. I have already told 10 people not to shop there ever.
