Shocking attitude and poor customer service

<p>All I can say is compalint number ********** 415 has been pathetically handled. KZN Warehouse staff are the worst to deal with. Khethiwe and Gugu at the Warehouse leave a LOT to be desired.</p> <p> </p> <p>The Head Office is equally useless, all they do is escalate and not solve issues. Makes you wonder what they are they for.</p> <p> </p> <p>Would I recommend anyone to but from Bradlows - NEVER. I certainly don't want anything to do with them either.</p>
