Good day <br> <br> I 've never had such bad service in my life and to top it off your call centre has been no help! I had bought a Sony sound system from your store the Amp stopped playing we took it into your Johannesburg CBD store on Jeppe street spoke to Kabelo there who told us to take the Amp back home someone will come to our house and have a look at the system as a whole to make sure the Amp is actually the problem, guess what this was on the 8th JAN it is going for the 8th of feb when I call your call center I spoke to Rosslyn who promised me on the 31st of Jan to get back to me that same day guess what still nothing yet every month without fail we pay them. word of advise never buy from the JD group of stores as they will ***** you over as now we sitting with a sound system worth thousand of rands that doesn't work!!!<br> <br> <br>
