Shadow- The empty promises store manager (Bradlows Pretoria Central)

I made a purchase from the store and found that the merchandise that was sold to me was damaged. It then took them over three weeks to collect it. I have since been waiting for my refund and the store manager, Shadow, is sending me on a runaround. He promises to call but never does and he's made a thousand excuses when it comes to paying me back !! I am so fed up with his attitude and lack of customer service. I have no idea how a furniture store can employ such *********** individuals; from the man who sold me the goods (Mr Nkomo) who had no idea when the good would be delivered even after he promised they would get to me within two days, to the woman who was processing the refund (Lehlogonolo) who said it would take 8 days for the money to reflect in my account but it's been there weeks already and I still don't have my money.

Can someone please attend to this matter because I'm getting very agitated and rather angry. I want my money as in three weeks ago!
