Settlement on Account ***

Bought Leather Couches at Morkels at +R22.000, with insurance and charges it became R43k estimated and the installment was R1751.84. End of this month i asked for the balance amount since they could not access the Settlement amount in-store... and i Paid R2000 + R150 + R1751.84 monthly debit. = R3901.84... This was said to cover the settlement and paid before the 7th which they normally add charges and stuff. Not to state that about R750/pm of the R1751.84 i paid went to insurance and charges...<br> <br> Now i call *** today 10/12/15 to check the balance and they say i had a shortfall of R10.76 therefore they have added fees which total R580... R10 Increased to R580, this is not fair especially since i have paid you guys loyally and without missing any payment since day one...<br> <br> Please fix this, the store said what i paid would cover the balance, i am sure even the settlement value would have been lower than the R3901.84 I paid...
