Service horrible with bad staff attitude

I bought a two couches at bradlows online. After 6 hours I saw same couches in another store at half price. I cancelled Bradlows order and requested a refund. I spoke to Helen Naidoo who was so rude and unprofessional. I demanded to speak to her manager. The manager came online ready to insult me, she was worse than Helen Naidoo unprofessional, insensitive and rude. She later hung the phone without solving my problem. I need my refund as soon as possible. I will never ever again buy or recommend the store. Their service is pathetic and horrible.
