Service fail & bed attitude

I bought washing machine cash, I was given washing machine that was not in the box. when they where checking it out.. it was reflecting that it on dameges but they convince my hubby by saying it a system error but the washing machine if fine it nvr been used by any one. Within the peroid of six it was 4 months the mashine stop washing not longer working this proves indeed the machine it was really a damege goods. Now it costing me extra cash to employe a person to do washing every weekend for the past three weeks Im loosing cash...
