I had a **** experience from Bradlows i bought a fridge in December and the fridge was leaking reported that and today was delivered another one and this time around with this one is dangling and the worse part when you tell them about an issue they promise to come back to you they never do until i call them back always the case and if the sale lady that assisted is not in no one steps in to offer their assistance right now I'm sitting with a dangling fridge this is Bradlows Verulam.

20 Jan 2024, 08:14I'm still sitting here with a dangling fridge that when i open the fridges shakes I don't even feel like going to the fridge and opening it tried to call them their staff gave me attitude yet their expecting a payment end of the month which I am not going to pay until they fix the issue even opened a complaint with their head office but nothing has been done I guess they are all ***********.
