Sells second hand furniture

I bought bedroom suit from them and when I was assembling my furniture I realised one pedestal was a used one. The wood had places where it was damaged (chipped), drawer handle cracked, no bolts to assemble on the headboard and to top it of the wholes on the pedestal were bigger than the other one. Inside drawers were of different wood than the one used on the other pedestal and chest of drawers meaning I got another sets pedestal. They sent people from the warehouse to fetch it only to return the very same pedestal but refurbished chips yet the handle is still cracked, same big wholes, no *****s and drawer not closing properly. I therefore told them to take it back as this is not for the bed suit set I have. I still have pictures of all of this.

It's over 2 months and going to the third month now that I have been going up and down for this and everytime it's been escalated when I launch a complain. I'm paying for a second hand bedroom suit. I'm so sick and tired of this I want my money back. I will be taking it to the ombudsman. Yet they call me everyday to remind me of my installments whilst my account is up to date. I don't even receive my statement unless I call and request them every time upon that they will only show the charges but never the amounts paid such ****** they are.
