second hand bad that is been torned

I bought a bed at bradlows arcadia I'm very ****ed off about the service i got in that store, firstly they told me that they will deliver my bed in 3 days the bed came in 10 days i had to fight to get my bed i was calling the store almost everyday no one bothered to communicate with me n secondly i got my bed after waiting for so long to my suprice when i open the bed it was torn on de corner n that matress did not look new at all i am so angry with the treatment i got from bradlows that bed cost me R6000.00 and I know by month they will debit their money and at the same time. Im not using the bed i bought it last month at around 20 sumthing im very ****ed off and i will never buy anything at that store again let along refer sombody in that store im so angry
