Sealy matrass

I bought a bed in brodlows Midrand in December and went home the whole month came back around 15th in January. That mean I have only used their matrass for 2 month but it has a hole already. I have reported this in Brodlows where I bought the bed it's 2 weeks now no one has done anything about this. At 1st I called and their staff told me I need to go to the shop as he can't assist as he was alone in the shop. What kind of service is that?
